In Holloway, crime controls the streets, technology controls the truth, and one man is forced to fight both.
The Backstory
From a distance, Holloway looks like any other American city. Beneath its streets, criminal organizations use surveillance, stolen identities and technology to control neighborhoods without ever appearing to be in charge.
GLITCH controls the streets through fear. DEEPFAKE manipulates identity and truth. Above them sits VOSS, an unseen power with eyes throughout the city.
Bash enters Holloway on a reconnaissance mission. A former professional football safety with an instinct for recognizing patterns, Bash is supposed to observe, gather intelligence and leave unnoticed.
But the deeper he looks, the more Holloway’s hidden systems begin looking back.
Guided by the Oracle system and supported by the mysterious Cyber Syndicate, Bash is pulled from surveillance into a fight he was never meant to enter. He has no superpowers, no armor and no interest in becoming a symbol.

A former professional football safety, husband and father whose ability to recognize patterns makes him dangerous to anyone trying to remain hidden. He carries no superpowers, only discipline, instinct and a refusal to quit.
A registered nurse, former track standout and the stabilizing force in the Hayes family. She can treat Bash’s wounds, but she cannot protect him from what the fight is turning him into.

In Holloway, the first warning rarely comes from a screen. It comes from someone who noticed what changed on their own street.
The Cyber Syndicate is built on local knowledge. Dee knows who belongs in the garden and who is only watching it. Linh hears the same names pass through Jasmine’s Salon. Gabriel reads the rooftops; Andre reads the movement below them. Each person sees one part of Holloway. Together, they can see a pattern no camera can explain away. That is how the neighborhood watches back: people paying attention to one another.
Rooftops, train platforms and neighborhood roads form a map that never appears on an official screen.
Gabriel knows the city from above. Andre knows how it moves at street level. Their knowledge turns ordinary routes into choices: where a camera can see, where a train can hide a signal, which block still has a person willing to open a door. In Holloway, a safe path is never just a line on a map. It depends on trust, timing and who is paying attention.
DEEPFAKE makes identity a weapon. The Syndicate has to learn what a camera cannot tell them.
A face can be copied. A voice can be staged. A convincing image can still leave out the one detail that matters. The Syndicate looks for the seams: a repeated pattern, a mismatch in timing, the small behavior that does not belong. Their best defense is not blind suspicion. It is knowing one another well enough to ask a better question before acting on what they see.
